There's two answers to this:<br>

1. IXP Manager <v4<br>
<br>
The MRTG graph file is numbered by the 'Monitor Index' of the physical<br>
interface.<br>
<br>
To upgrade a member, just edit the physical interface and change the<br>
speed and/or the switchport.<br>
<br>
There will be no loss of graphing data as the file is not related to the<br>
switch port.<br>
<br>
2. IXP Manager >=v4<br>
<br>
Same principal except we've gotten rid of manual indexing via 'Monitor<br>
Index' and replaced it with the database ID.<br>
<br>
We're currently documenting this as well as the upgrade instructions.<br>
