IXP Manager just creates
mrtg configuration files. If the graphs appear on IXP Manager, then IXP
Manager is working correctly, and the configuration file that IXP
Manager creates is OK.

If the graphs don't update correctly then it's a problem relating to how
you're using MRTG. In other words, it's not an IXP Manager problem.

Probably you've restarted MRTG using the wrong configuration file. You
should make sure that you only have a single mrtg.cfg file on the
filesystem, so you should delete /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg and just use
/etc/mrtg.cfg. Make sure that after you delete /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg, that
you restart mrtg using "service mrtg restart".
That means that mrtg is
running as daemon and using /etc/mrtg.cfg as the configuration file.

If there's nothing in /srv/mrtg, then it means that either mrtg is using
the wrong configuration file or else mrtg doesn't have write permission
to /srv/mrtg

You should check /etc/mrtg.cfg. If it looks like it was generated by
IXP Manager, then it's probably a permissions problem in /srv/mrtg. If
it looks like it wasn't generated by mrtg, then use artisan to create
the correct mrtg.cfg file and put that file in /etc/mrtg.cfg, then
restart the mrtg daemon.
Right, that means there's a
problem with MRTG.

Is the MRTG daemon running? You can check using:

# ps axww | grep mrtg

Also, is there an MRTG config file in /etc/mrtg.cfg or
/etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg?
