Hi all,

We (in Greek Internet Exchange - GR-IX) are facing a strange
issue in the IXP Manager (V5.7.0).

Almost every single time we perform a change in the MRTG
configuration e.g. adding a new port, we observe some distortions
in our MRTG graphs as illustrated in the left part of the figure
below:

There are two "strange" things that happen: (i) if we change
again the MRTG configuration the diagrams may return to the
"normal" state and (ii) this behaviour is observed on aggregate
graphs (e.g. Infrastracture graphs, overall peering graphs) and
not on the ones that correspond to the physical port of a switch.

Has anyone faced anything similar to this?

We would be really grateful if you could provide us your
feedback.

Kind Regards,

Marinos Dimolianis
