CNTR records are interface counters from the switch ports. FLOW records <br>
are sampled packets of traffic running through the switch.  IXP Manager <br>
needs the flow records to create RRD files.  So this looks like a switch <br>
problem.<br>

Incidentally, sflow does not work properly on Cisco switches because <br>
there is no way to select ingress-only traffic: the switches will send <br>
ingress+egress traffic, which will cause all traffic to be double counted.<br>
