Whenever we release a new version of IXP Manager, even a bug fix <br>
release, we will link it to the latest tagged OSS_SNMP codebase. This is <br>
handled by composer.<br>

If you want to force it, you can do the following but please note it's <br>
unsupported and we won't be able to help as it is not something we do or <br>
recommend in practice:<br>
