I do not know what you mean by 'activating the Community Filter'?<br>

If you are using IXP Manager's route server configuration, you do not <br>
need to do anything. Customers tag their routes, not the IX.<br>
<br>
If you provide more information on what you want to achieve, we can <br>
probably help.<br>
