[ixpmanager] Install Version 3.7.3

Hello Sir ;
So in this case, please check the following list and tell me what I need them for my install. 
Please check :

1- cd /usr/local
2- git clone {$CLONE_URL} ixp
3- git checkout v3.8

4- cd /usr/local/ixp
5- git checkout -b production
6- git push origin production
7- git remote add inex https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager.git

8- cd /usr/local/ixp
9- /path/to/composer.phar update

10- cd $APPLICATION_PATH/tools/perl-lib/IXPManager
11- perl Makefile.PL
12- make install

13- cp $APPLICATION_PATH/tools/perl-lib/IXPManager/ixpmanager.conf.dist  /usr/local/etc/ixpmanager.conf
14- joe /usr/local/etc/ixpmanager.conf

15- cd $APPLICATION_PATH/tools/perl-lib/IXPManager
16- make dist
