[ixpmanager] regarding ixp manager

sir i installed ixp manager V3.8.
still i have few problems sir.
like after changing


$u = new \Entities\User();

$contact->setUser( $u );

$u->setUsername( 'admin' );

// Please choose a secure password below (in place of 'letmein1') or
// immeidately change your password when logged in for the first time.
$u->setPassword(
    OSS_Auth_Password::hash( 'admin', $config['auth']['oss'] )
);

$u->setEmail( $contact->getEmail() );


i am not being able to login and also in new apache2 where to add alias or
directory because there is no httpd and no

 public/.htaccess.dist
