Did you execute the fixtures.php script?  You have set both your
username to "admin" and also the password.

You'll need to sort this out yourself - this is an issue with Kali Linux
rather than IXP Manager.

If you are new to linux and to IXP Manager, you would be better off to
use the recommended distribution: Ubuntu 14.04 or 16.04.
