[ixpmanager] Need help for IXP Manager

So I've just ran it a few times last night and this morning and weeded 
out three areas where it was stalling for user input [1]. It still 
worked fine, but my goal for this is run it and voila, IXP Manager.

It now runs completely automated on a fresh minimal install of Ubuntu 
16.04 (as per the instructions [2]) and produces a working version of 
IXP Manager.

Note that on a good network connection (>100Mbps in Dublin, IE), the 
install time is 11mins.
