[ixpmanager] Problem on graph of second switch

Dear All,
It was know bug (
https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/commit/e3b6e0fc07e159de4292f9e8902e80223ddb93b1#diff-b2abcedcd952d751a47d6277971065e2)
which was also fixed. Now my problem resolved.
