[ixpmanager] AS-SET Is not Working

Hello,
I have a customer (AS16322) and AS-PARSONLINE-PEERS is set for them.
And route server configuration I see this line:

    allas = [ 16322, 35615, 39571, 41061, 44243, 51618, 56547, 57574,
60315, 60512,
              60605, 60811, 60976, 61250, 62039, 62367, 200312, 202571,
204781, 204812,
              205550, 205837, 206862
    ];

Which all is taken from AS-SET, but when I am checking their advertised
routes in:

http://members.tehran-ix.ir/lg/rs1-ipv4/routes/protocol/pb_as16322_vli22_ipv4

Most of the routes are filtered, I checked some of them, both AS-SET and
Route Objects are correct in Ripe, Like this:

109.206.252.0/22
AS Path: 16322 60976 25264 25264 25264 25264

In Ripe Database, There is Route Object for 109.206.252.0/22 with AS25264
and in AS-SET I can find AS60976 as AS16322 customer.

So what is wrong? Why Its working good?
