[ixpmanager] Issues with MRTG in Ubuntu 18.04

Hi!

I´m trying to move MRTG configuration to systemd, following the information
here:

https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/issues/627

OS: Ubuntu 18.04
IXPMv: 5.6.0

But I'm unable to start mrtg now. Here the logs:

root at ixpmanager:~# systemctl start mrtg
