[ixpmanager] FATAL Error in IRRDB Prefix Update

that's a bgpq3 error. Something is going wrong when bgpq3 is
communicating with whois.radb.net. When I looked at this a couple of
days ago, it was giving some transient error. Are you still seeing a
problem here?
