[ixpmanager] Multiple IP addresses on 1 vlan

Hi there

I'm absolutely not familiar with IXP Manager but get confronted with
this situation.

With PeeringDB [0] you are able to define as may prefixes on a Vlan as
you wantl

With IXP Manager .. or to be more precise with its IX-F JSON export
there can't only be one per vlan.

How to model this? E.g in case of a LAN migration.
