Ok. Can you run from the IXP Manager directory:

% ./artisan switch:snmp-poll
% systemctl restart memcached.service

Then check if the interface appears in "View / Edit Ports" in either the 
Database Actions or the SNMP Actions in 
https://bix.biznetnetworks.com/switch/list ?

If it doesn't appear, can you run:

snmpwalk -v 2c -c COMMUNITY SWITCHIPADDRESS .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1
snmpwalk -v 2c -c COMMUNITY SWITCHIPADDRESS .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2
snmpwalk -v 2c -c COMMUNITY SWITCHIPADDRESS .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.3

and post the output on pastebin.ibn.ie?
