[ixpmanager] 500: Call to undefined method IXP/Models/Customer::getId()

Hi Ian,

if you're running from release-v6 can you please open an issue on GitHub 
with steps to reproduce an error trace?

Re errors - see /srv/ixpmanager/storage/logs/... [replacing 
/srv/ixpmanager as appropriate].
