[ixpmanager] IXP manager can't accept option for MRTG ?

Hi support team

after add  " TimeStrPos[_]: RU " , can't see the date at the haeder of
graph ? why

in first added the option at *"
/srv/ixpmanager/resources/skins/psix/services/grapher/mrtg/custom-header.foil.php
" * and change the skin option at .env file to   " VIEW_SKIN="psix" " but
without any change of the graph, after that i said maybe change it at  *"
/srv/ixpmanager/resources/views/services/grapher/mrtg/custom-header.foil.php
"  but as it is !!*

Can you see the configuration at the link with attachment of graph output .
