[ixpmanager] Mrtg, smokeping and sflow

Hi Daniel,

The .env file is important but it doesn't tell how you've run into 
problems, but we can't see the text on your screen.

If you need help, you need to describe what the problem is.  It would 
also help if you could tell us what you've done, and what happened.  Or 
what didn't happen.  Logs would be useful (see logs/laravel.log).
