[ixpmanager] SONiC switch support

Hi guys,
I hope you're doing well. We are starting to play with SONiC and we have
installed this NOS in one of our EoL switches. I was wondering if anyone
has been able to make it work with IXP Manager? I mean if IXP Manager is
able to recognize it and use it in production.
