[ixpmanager] error 403

Stefano,

that log message is unrelated to web access - it's generated from a 
command line script. Seems to indicate outbound https issues from your 
server.

You'll need to grab the error message that is generated when you hit the 
application in the browser. But, as Nick noted, this may not be related 
too IXP Manager.

It would help to know a lot more information. Especially how you 
installed IXP Manager as the automated script tends to 'just work'.
