[ixpmanager] Aggregated Traffic somehow can't pass 20G even though the total ports for the member is 40G

Good Day to All!

We have observed that the traffic cannot exceed 20G, even though the actual
traffic volume is 29G. ( we noticed only last week. )

The Ports in total are 40G, the config file for MRTG seems ok to me.

The RRD data appears as "NaN" for the periods that were blank. I don't know
why.

I can't seem to find the problem as to why it is "somehow / like" limiting
it to a specific threshold like 20G. All individual ports seems to be fine
( each 6G-7G )

Server's Versions:
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
PHP: PHP 8.0.28
IXP Version: 6.3.0 ( 2022110200 )
