[ixpmanager] Member Details and Associate Members page issue

Hi Shubham,

Ok this doesn't show a whole lot, other than that those files are not 
available.

Can you describe what happens when you click on the two links that 
aren't working, i.e. /customer/details? What comes up in the web 
browser? Are there any errors in the web logs, etc? It's not possible to 
diagnose what's going without providing an understanding of what 
happens, and how your environment is configured.
