[ixpmanager] Member Details and Associate Members page issue

Hi Nick ,

When i click member details/associate members basically its refresh the page.

Can you guide me what i do at server side all goes normally .

Hi Shubham,

Ok this doesn't show a whole lot, other than that those files are not available.

Can you describe what happens when you click on the two links that aren't working, i.e. /customer/details? What comes up in the web browser? Are there any errors in the web logs, etc? It's not possible to diagnose what's going without providing an understanding of what happens, and how your environment is configured.

Hi Shubham,

This sounds unusual. Are there any errors appearing in the laravel.log file (usually /srv/ixpmanager/storage/logs/laravel.log)? Or in the web server error log?

Hi Nick and IXP Team,
I hope you’re doing well.
In our IXP Manager (v6.3.1), the "Member Information" dropdown at the top of the page has two buttons: Member Details and Associate Members. Currently, neither button is functioning; clicking on them doesn’t navigate to their respective pages.
Could you please help us resolve this issue or suggest any steps we can take to address it?
