[ixpmanager] Wrong values MRTG Max

Hi Mauricio,

We have seen graphs get upset by things like counter clears on 
interfaces. Usually these are accompanied by spikes which doesn't seem 
to be your case for the week and month graphs.

I'd still suspect 'bad' data in the mrtg log/rrd files and best thing to 
do is run through them and 'smooth out' any wildly incorrect data.

Or wait - looks like it might rotate out after a week as the month and 
year graphs look okay on a quick glance.
