[ixpmanager] Wrong values MRTG Max

While you're correct that the graph images are generated at different 
times, the table of values is generated in real-time by IXP Manager and 
when presented on the same page as the screenshot given, with the single 
read of the mrtg log/rrd data.

I.e. all good here.

I know some mrtg frontend's embed the values in the graph image but 
that's not happening here.
